1. General

These Terms apply to all clients, team members, freelancers, employees, and anyone working with or for TechDxon.

By working with us, accepting a project, or joining our team - you agree to these rules.

2. Ownership - For Clients

Once you pay in full and we deliver the final project - you own 100% of the work (code, design, assets).

However: TechDxon and the creator (designer/developer) retain the right to showcase the project in their personal and company portfolios, case studies, and marketing - forever.

This includes screenshots, live links, videos, and write-ups.

3. Ownership - For Team & Freelancers

All work done for TechDxon belongs to TechDxon - forever.

You may NOT claim our client projects as your own or use them in your portfolio unless:

  • You are on a membership/retainer plan (then yes - you can showcase)
  • You get written permission from TechDxon

Fixed-salary or project-based team members: you do NOT have automatic rights to use client work in your portfolio.

4. No Client Stealing (Zero Tolerance)

You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Contacting our clients directly to offer cheaper/faster work
  • Convincing clients to bypass TechDxon and pay you directly
  • Taking any cut or commission behind our back

Violation = immediate termination + legal action + full invoice for lost revenue.

We protect our clients. We protect our team. Betrayal is not tolerated.

5. Client Ghosting = Project Cancellation

If a client disappears (no reply) for 20+ days after signing and/or paying advance - we reserve the right to cancel the project.

Advance payment is non-refundable in this case.

We don’t chase ghosts. Time is our most valuable asset.

6. Free Support & Bug Fixes

We stand behind our work.

If there’s a bug or error caused by us - we fix it for free within the first 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days: fixes are billable (even if it’s our fault) - time has passed, priorities shift.

Client-side changes (new features, content updates, hosting issues) are always billable.

7. Refunds

Refunds only if:

  • We completely fail to deliver what was promised (and can’t fix it)
  • Both parties mutually agree in writing

No refunds just because you changed your mind, got cold feet, or found someone cheaper.

Work done = work paid for.

8. Termination & Consequences

We can terminate any collaboration immediately if you:

  • Steal clients or team members
  • Damage our reputation
  • Violate these terms
  • Act in bad faith

You will still owe payment for all work completed.
